Two things drive me: the wow factor, and making it actually work.
I've been building on the web for 16+ years: websites, apps, e-commerce, and increasingly AI-integrated products. My design, economics, and marketing studies help me see not just the how, but the why behind things.
The whole journey matters to me: from the idea to the moment someone actually starts using it. That's what I do at Phora AI and titkar.ai, too.
Thoughts
Everyone preaches model neutrality. But Fable 5's three days proved there's a frontier peak — and everyone has a default they won't admit to.
An invoice can't be undone once issued, only voided. Build an AI that issues them, and trust becomes the first thing you build, not the last.
I built a team out of agents. Then a government switched off the model it all runs on in two days. The team is real; the ground under it is rented.
If you like what you see (whether you're building a product or a team) I'd love to hear about it.
