Design,development,launch.
Custom websites and online stores from scratch, starting from the concept, not a template.
The visual direction, structure, and technical decisions come from the project's goals. No templates. Every site is built from scratch.
From landing pages to complex multi-page platforms. Fast pages, maintainable code, considered user experience.
With a store, the path from product page to checkout decides how well it works — that's what I design first. Shopify when it's the fastest route; custom when Shopify limits you. I'm building Phora AI for e-commerce merchants, so I see from the inside where shoppers get stuck.
For me, web design isn't decoration: positioning, UX, and development shouldn't be separate. That's why I do all three. The whole picture stays in one head, from idea to finished site.
Approach
Business context first
Visual decisions are driven by the business goal: who the audience is, where they come from, what they need to understand in the first second.
Clean code underneath
Semantic HTML, optimized images, 90+ Lighthouse scores. Behind the design sits maintainable, well-structured code.
Iteration on real feedback
The first version ships fast. Then refinement, based on real usage and feedback, not assumptions.

Common questions
A landing page takes 1–2 weeks, a mid-complexity marketing site 3–5 weeks, a complex platform 8+ weeks. The first working version usually lands at 40% of the total time. The rest is iteration and refinement based on real feedback.
A template site can be configured in hours, but structure, performance, and brand fit are always a compromise. Custom development starts from your goals, not a generic template. The payoff shows up in conversion rate and long-term maintainability.
WordPress when the CMS experience is the primary requirement and templated functionality is enough. Next.js when you need custom interaction, React-style app behavior, or a SaaS-like backend. The choice follows the project, not preference.
Shopify when the catalog, checkout, and payments are standard and speed to launch is the priority. Custom when you need logic (B2B pricing, configurators, complex subscriptions) that Shopify can only handle with compromise. Different problems, not a ranking.
Most regions have accounting APIs (Stripe Tax, local providers). The checkout fires an async call after payment, generates the invoice, and attaches the PDF back to the order admin. Typically a 1–2 day integration on a custom stack, or an official app on Shopify.
